Job Title: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Integration Consultant
Duration: Contract
Location: US Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to support a strategic M&A integration project for a client currently using Oracle Identity Management Suite and Microsoft Entra (formerly Clienture AD) . The consultant will play a key role in designing and implementing a seamless identity integration strategy between the client and the acquired company, ensuring secure and efficient access management across both environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• ssess the current IAM landscape, including Oracle Identity Management and Microsoft Entra environments.
  • Design and implement integration strategies to unify identity systems between the acquiring and acquired organizations.
  • Develop and execute migration plans for user identities, roles, and access policies.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and compliant identity federation.
  • Configure and manage SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies across hybrid environments.
  • Provide guidance on identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege principles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues during and after the integration process.
  • Document Clienthitecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIM, OAM, OUD, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Clienture AD) , including Entra ID Connect, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
  • Experience with identity federation , SSO , SAML , OAuth , and OpenID Connect .
  • Proven experience in M&A integrations or complex IAM consolidation projects.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory , LDAP , and cloud identity Clienthitectures .
  • Strong understanding of security best practices , compliance standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA), and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate , Oracle Identity Management Certification , or CISSP/CISM .
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust Clienthitecture principles.
