Territory Sales Representative

- Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory by visiting customers, building partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities
- Prospect and develop new accounts by engaging with purchasing managers, engineers, and key decision-makers
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate closely with inside sales, the business development manager, and the national sales manager to align sales strategies and share insights
- Travel extensively within the territory for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events
- Participate in an initial intensive training program in Memphis and Germany to gain in-depth product and application knowledge
- Use CRM tools to document sales activities, manage pipelines, and track performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales, ideally focused on territory management
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers at all levels
- Consultative and value-based selling approach focused on long-term relationship building
- High energy level, self-motivated, and passionate about growing market presence
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Northeastern territory
