Your Role: As a CSA, you will be the face of Waterway, engaging with customers at the car wash tunnel, gas pumps, and retail store. Enjoy a variety of tasks, from assisting customers and selling premium car wash services to merchandising trendy retail items. Compensation: Earn competitive pay with an average of $18/hour ($16 base + a guaranteed sales bonus of $2/hr for the first 90 days).
Flexible Scheduling: We offer a variety of shift options to fit your lifestyle, including daytime, evening, mid-week, and weekend hours.
Location: Waterway Kirkwood - 10850 Manchester Rd., Kirkwood, MO 63122. Additional locations available across St. Louis.

Qualifications:
- Be friendly and engaging with a positive attitude
- No experience necessary, but if you have customer service, retail, or sales experience, that's a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service, proactively greeting customers and addressing their needs.
- Effectively present car wash services, memberships, and retail options to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment both outside and inside the store.
- Manage inventory and merchandise displays to ensure a quality shopping experience.
- Ensure accurate transactions, following necessary procedures to maintain cash drawer integrity.
Physical Requirements:
- Work year-round in various weather conditions, including temperature changes and environmental factors.
- Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks at a fast pace.
- Maintain visual and auditory acuity for safety in a busy environment.
- Consistently demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
