Job Summary

The primary function of the Applications Developer/Analyst is to plan, design, develop, and support custom web applications using standard development tools. This role is critical in supporting various key business applications.

Job Duties
  • Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to design, develop, test, deploy, and evolve business and systems strategies.
  • Support existing applications on an as-needed basis.
  • Develop new applications to support business processes.
  • Review and assist in the review of open business and development issues to determine the appropriate application platform.
  • Provide technical direction for corporate applications and systems as required.
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of critical systems.
  • Develop and maintain applications used across the enterprise.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of application development experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in C#/.NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML5, and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experience developing custom integrations with ERP systems (e.g., IFS ERP).
  • Encouraged to have experience with T-SQL/SSIS/SSRS.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem analysis, determination, documentation, and resolution skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft tools, architectures, and other development tools.
