  5. Regulatory Compliance - Ensuring adherence to financial industry regulations (Client, SEC).
  6. Mobile Device & Secure Messaging Management - Maintaining compliance and security for mobile and messaging solutions.
  7. Procurement & Cost Management - Managing IT tools, services, and vendor contracts.
  8. Automation & Optimization - Driving operational improvements through automation and self-service solutions.
