You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and efficiently resolving issues. Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries by providing accurate and timely information or solutions.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.

- Document and track customer interactions in our system for future reference.
- Assist in developing and refining customer support processes and procedures.
