Role Description:

IT Experience: 10+ years

AI & ML Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, validation, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Design and implement MLOps solutions for continuous development, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) embedded solutions across various use cases.
• Conduct rapid experimentation of GenAI use cases using Azure cloud AI and data services.
• Utilize open-source solutions for the development and deployment of GenAI embedded solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Skillset:
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing AI-enabled solutions.
• Expert-level competency in Python.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing GenAI embedded solutions.
• Experience with AI cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with MLOps frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with open-source AI and machine learning libraries.
• Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment.
