Inside Sales Agent We are looking for a state-licensed and motivated Inside Sales Agent who wants to learn to grow into a successful listing career while earning rewarding commissions. Responsibilities: • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Team and individual sales • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • CRM and database mastery • Follow the team plan • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • A real estate license is required • Must live in the Greater Phoenix Area • Sales experience • Good communication Compensation: $155,000 at plan
