We're looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to drive the automation, scalability, and reliability of our deployment pipelines. You'll play a key role in building and maintaining infrastructure that supports our flagship tax software, internal tools, and customer-facing applications. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to streamline workflows and ensure high system availability.

What you will do here:

• Enable application development through the support of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps capabilities
• Support infrastructure operations through the maintenance of Infrastructure as Code capabilities
• Conduct code reviews and provide comments to team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
• Implement strategic improvements to platforms and processes

Skills you will bring for success:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps
• Education - Bachelors' in Computer Science or related field - OR - equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Powershell and Javascript
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Regular use of AI-powered coding assistants like GitHub Copilot to reduce repetitive tasks, explore alternative implementations, and optimize performance
• A proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow, particularly in the realms of DevOps and AI.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
