The Opportunity ...

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior ERP Manager to lead our global ERP landscape, overseeing JD Edwards (JDE) and Infor LN and Syteline platforms. You will be responsible for strategic understanding of our ERP systems across important regions, especially the USA, EU, and LATAM.

This is a critical leadership role, tasked with managing ERP system performance, team leadership, and vendor relationships while improving and scalability across JBT Marel's global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the execution of the global ERP strategy and ensure understanding of our priorities.

  • You will lead a team of 30 internal employees which consist of leading leaders and 4 teams of professional IT specialist that cover JDE and Infor LN, but also Syteline, Pronet and Epicor.

  • Manage ERP platforms (preferably JD Edwards and Infor LN/Syteline), including lifecycle management and performance.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvement.

  • You will Guide our ERP service delivery, with focus on the US, EU (Sweden), and LATAM.

  • Develop an ERP team, including team lead and subject matter experts.

  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-regional collaboration.

  • Ensure ERP systems support scalable, efficient, and compliant business operations.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contributing to performance and cost targets.

  • You will be an important partner in programs and change management efforts

  • Assess internal talent and lead succession planning to strengthen long-term ERP leadership.
