Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work in Fulton, MO . These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $50 / hour
*W2

Shift Details:

  • Requested services will be performed between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday, up to 16 hours per week.
  • One day of New Employee Orientation training will be required.
  • We would like service to start as soon as possible.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year previous working experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
  • Must have up to date credentials in the state of MO
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
  • Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
  • Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
  • Record and document patient care services
  • Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
