Responsibilities

  • Implement and progress an established plan of care utilizing evidence-based research. Medical Assistant
  • Document all pertinent information according to insurance and clinic guidelines
  • Maintain patient confidentiality within HIPAA guidelines
  • Participating in clinic promotion and growth
Requirements & Skills
  • License(s): Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • New graduates are welcome to apply but must be eligible for Indiana Licensure
  • Interest and experience with orthopedic conditions, lymphedema, and balance/ vestibular rehabilitation are a plus
  • Able to work independently and make decisions on your own but also enjoy collaborating with your peers and problem-solving.
Employment Details
  • PRN, Part-Time, and full-time positions available
  • Lafayette and West Lafayette, IN locations
  • Monday- Friday. No holidays or Weekends.
  • Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00 am- 6:00 pm and Friday 7:00 am- 5:00 pm

  • Follow-up appointments are 40 minutes with the therapist's discretion for 60 minutes if appropriate
