Assistant Service Coordinator

South Charlotte corporate headquarters is adding an Assistant Service Coordinator to join their service team. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Service Coordinator
- Answer calls on the main phone line
- Assist assigned clients with any questions or concerns
- Enter assigned customer and work order information into the system
- Invoice clients for work completed
- Process and post payments
- Process maintenance reports
- Update client and equipment information
- Administrative task to support the service department
- The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and the ability to work with a close-knit group of colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
