Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Location: Alden Courts Waterford
Dementia experience preferred
Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a therapist-led organization providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services throughout Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin. We pride ourselves on evidence-based care, strong teamwork, and a supportive environment where clinicians can grow and thrive.
What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality therapy services in alignment with CPT and facility standards
Support daily rehab department operations
Build strong, positive relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
What We're Looking For:
Active Illinois PTA license
Skilled nursing facility and dementia experience preferred (training available)
Familiarity with Net Health a plus
New graduates are welcome
