Job Description

They are currently seeking a highly experienced individual to fill the position of Director of Preconstruction.

Director of Preconstruction Responsibilities:
- Oversee all preconstruction activities and processes
- Lead a team of preconstruction professionals
- Develop and implement preconstruction strategies to ensure project success
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project efficiency and profitability

Director of Preconstruction Essential Job Functions:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction preconstruction processes
- Ability to analyze and interpret project plans and specifications
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology

Director of Preconstruction Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven track record of success in preconstruction projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Director of Preconstruction Benefits:
