Job Title: Facilities Coordinator/Operations Specialist
Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304 - Onsite
Duration: 6Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance)
Pay Range: ($33-$35) hourly
Description:
- Seeking an Operations Specialist (Facilities Specialist) to support daily operations, maintenance, and facility management in a regulated lab environment.
- Serve as primary contact for facility operations and maintenance issues.
- Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor services.
- Track work requests, inspections, and utility usage.
- Support safety, security, and space management activities.
- Maintain records for property, purchasing, and equipment inventory.
- Assist with small project coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with facility and safety standards, including waste disposal and emergency preparedness.
