Help Desk Team Lead
Key Role:
Designs, implements, and maintains strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Applies specific functional knowledge, and working or general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, reviews or guides activities of junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with leading a help desk team
- Experience with triaging tickets for a team
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with RHEL or Windows Server
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience with Agile
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and clients across the program
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience as a scrum master
- Experience with Jira workflows or automations
- Experience with Active Directory (AD)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, Cloud formation, or Configuration as Code, including AWS SSM, Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash
- DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
