  • Monday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Lakewood office. This role is the primary point of contact for callers, families, facility partners, and team members - ensuring communication is smooth, timely, and professional. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries

  • Assist families, facilities, and internal staff with requests or routing communication appropriately

  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and supportive tone in all interactions

  • Handle scheduling requests and help coordinate communication across clinical teams

  • Input, update, and track information in internal systems and databases

  • Manage and distribute messages to the appropriate departments

  • Support administrative projects and office needs as assigned

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred (healthcare or hospice a plus)

  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment

  • Proficient with basic computer systems and willing to learn new software

  • Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
