As a crucial part of our HVAC team, the HVAC Installation Assistance Specialist will support our talented HVAC Installation and Service Technicians in delivering exceptional service. This role involves hands-on assistance in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems, participating in tasks such as ductwork installation, starting up split and package systems, and performing necessary gas piping, venting, and electrical work.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of field experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- EPA certification to handle refrigerant (preferred)
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in brazing copper
- Willingness to learn about ductwork connections to indoor units (S/R Plenums)
- Basic computer skills
