Front Desk Associate - Spa & Wellness Center (Part-Time)

We are looking for a warm, professional and organized Front Desk Associate to join our wellness team The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable and passionate about health and wellness.

Experience with MindBody Online is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person who brings great energy and a customer-first attitude.

Serasana means "To Be Healthy" and our mission is to create a community of hope and healing. Serasana is a Wellness Center offering acupuncture, yoga, massage, healing tea and remedies.

We are looking for a part-time Client Services team member. Our work environment is calming--we have a beautiful tea lounge and a thoughtful retail selection that supports our clients on their wellness journey.

Responsibilities

Transition each client into our community of hope and healing--providing guidance to clients in their decisions about wellness opportunities available at Serasana Bee Cave.

General

Greet clients upon arrival, answer phones, schedule appointments, answer questions, check out clients. Acts as central communicator with all Team Members. Assist clients in meeting their health and wellness goals by learning of their needs and suggesting membership options that will facilitate their health and wellness.

Acupuncture/Massage/Facial/Reiki Related

Ensure clients are taken back on time, assist therapists, keep therapy rooms stocked, answer client questions about services, sell retail, and sell memberships, laundry, assist with cleaning as needed, and more.

Tea Related

Educate clients on tea, take drink orders, make drinks, clean, stock teas and supplies, money transactions and adhere to all regulations set forth by Health Department, and more . . .

Yoga Related

Greet clients arriving for class, answer questions, guide them to the proper location, explain payment options, sell packages & memberships, sell retail, explain yoga styles, register class sign-in sheet, collect payments, call those who owe for class, studio maintenance, and more . . .

Qualifications

  • Must love relating to our wonderful clients
  • Be a welcoming presence for our Wellness Center
  • Enjoy helping clients find the right membership or package that will meet their wellness needs
  • Experience with MindBody Online software is required
  • Basic knowledge of yoga, acupuncture, massage and tea
  • Excellent at conversing with strangers
Requirements
  • Weekend availability
  • Brisk walking, lifting 20 lbs and frequent bending
  • Keen eyesight
  • Live a tobacco-free lifestyle
  • Report to work free of any adverse effects of drugs or alcohol
Compensation

Base rate $14-16 per hour + Membership Commission
