What You'll Do:

As our Service Dispatcher, you'll be a key player in keeping our service department running like a well-oiled machine. You'll work closely with the Service Manager, Technicians, and Writers to ensure every vehicle is repaired efficiently and correctly. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily workflow and technician schedules

  • Maximizing productivity and shop efficiency

  • Monitoring time controls and job statuses

  • Ensuring smooth communication across the service team

  • Verifying all repair work is completed and properly documented

  • Generating detailed reports as needed


What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Organized and proactive with strong leadership skills

  • A clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple priorities

  • Experienced in the automotive industry (preferred)

  • In possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record
