Responsible for driving excellence in brand & communications including marketing alignment for Körber in the US/North American market, supporting global brand positioning and business growth.

Your role in our team

  • You will identify and leverage US / North America specific market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform brand building and communication strategies.
  • You will adapt and implement Körber's global brand and communication strategy for the US/North American market, aligning with local business goals and stakeholder needs
  • You will develop integrated 360° communication plans for internal and external stakeholders (employees, customers, prospects, investors, industry analysts, media).
  • You will ensure alignment and synergies with Körber Brand & Communications, Strategic Marketing & Sales, Business Area MarCom, and US-based marketing, communications, and HR teams / individuals
  • You will ensure aligned budgeting and planning input for the Brand & Communications as well as the Strategic Marketing & Sales teams
  • You will strengthen Körber's brand positioning in the US by establishing the company as a thought leader in key areas. Ensure consistent application of the brand across all touchpoints to create a unified and compelling brand experience
  • You will manage day-to-day US-focused communications operations
  • You will steer collaboration with our US PR agency together with the Heads CoE Strategy & Brand as well as PR of the global team
  • You will evolve internal communications to support employee retention, culture, and strategic initiatives (e.g., M&A) in the US / North American market as well as ensure better visibility of the region in global Körber platforms and formats
  • You will develop and execute pre-funnel brand building strategies that support sales growth and market entry / expansion in the US/North America.
  • You will create and tailor Körber content for the US market, including stories, press releases, campaign messaging and marketing materials that reflect Körber's value proposition and regional culture
  • You will increase awareness of US-specific regulatory requirements and advise on communications compliance.
Your profile
  • You have a degree in social studies, psychology, business administration, or related fields, with significant experience in journalism, marketing, and / or corporate communications.
  • You have 10++ years' experience in integrated corporate / marketing communications, brand building, channel messaging and paid media strategies
  • You have the proven ability to pitch topics and experts to media; experience with PR, internal comms, and thought leadership as well as state-of-the-art impactful brand building / marketing campaigns
  • You are creative, tech/AI-savvy, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are a keen learner, traveler across cultures and time zones
  • You are a brand and communications ambassador with a passion for business growth and market positioning.
  • You are entrepreneurial, collaborative, and proactive in seeking synergies and opportunities.
  • You are a global team player who is keen to work in cross-functional / regional teams
