Engauge Workforce Solutions in partnership with a growing manufacturing in Menomonee Falls, has Direct Hire Material Handlers available.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:50 AM to 2:50 PM
Pay: $22.62 per hour
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Material Handlingteam member to support our warehouse or plant operations. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a team, and operating equipment like forklifts or order pickers, this is the job for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, ship, and receive parts and materials
- Move products using forklifts, reach trucks, carts, and more (training provided)
- Label, stock, and organize inventory with accuracy and care
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Keep your workspace clean and organized
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Assist other departments as needed
- Ability to follow basic instructions and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Basic math and reading skills
- English literacy required
- Willingness to learn and operate material handling equipment (certification/training provided)
