About the Role
As the Senior Product Manager focused on Pricing and Go-To-Market Systems for our Enterprise Segment, you will take the lead in developing and executing pricing models and packaging strategies that cater to enterprise clients. This role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to create compelling offerings that maximize value and align with market demands. We seek a strategic thinker who can analyze data, understand customer needs, and contribute to our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Pricing Strategies: Create and implement innovative pricing models (subscription, usage-based, tiered) that enhance revenue and customer retention.
- Innovative Packaging: Refine product packaging strategies that resonate with enterprise customers, ensuring strong value propositions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer willingness-to-pay, and competitor strategies to guide our pricing decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales to sync pricing with go-to-market strategies and contribute to financial profitability alongside the finance team.
- Customer Insights: Gather feedback from enterprise customers to continuously refine our pricing and packaging approaches.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key metrics (ARR, churn, adoption rates) to assess the effectiveness of our strategies.
- Operationalize Pricing: Streamline pricing processes to ensure quick, accurate, and compliant workflows.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Enhance pipeline generation processes through automation and effective lead handling.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present pricing strategies to senior leadership, outlining the anticipated business impacts and rationales.
- Process Optimization: Create efficient processes for pricing updates and contracts to aid sales and implementation.
- GTM Systems Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements for increased efficiency and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or pricing strategy, with at least 3 years in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Proven success in developing effective pricing and packaging strategies for enterprise clients.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise sales cycles and value-based pricing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative approach with experience in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence) and CRM systems (Salesforce) is advantageous.

Mixpanel Compensation Range
$218,500 - $267,500 USD
