SJC Automotive Service in San Juan Capistrano is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor. Full-time position. We're looking for a professional communicator with at least one year of service desk experience. Salary: $70,000-$80,000 per year.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers at service reception
- Create and manage repair orders
- Communicate with technicians about vehicle status
- Estimate repair costs and timelines
- Recommend maintenance services
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Handle payments and invoice approvals
- Minimum 1 year of automotive service experience
- Strong customer communication skills
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and repair terminology
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders
- Experience with shop management software
- Valid driver's license
