Position Overview: As a Team Leader in this dynamic role, you will embody Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

  • Creating a positive atmosphere for employees and fostering an engaging workplace culture.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a motivated and efficient team.
  • Exemplifying exceptional customer service and training staff to uphold that standard.
  • Utilizing your business acumen to drive efficient operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and ensure profitability.
  • Applying your administrative skills to generate accurate reports, manage coupons and certificates, and efficiently schedule team members.
  • Ensuring a safe environment for both employees and customers by adhering to operational and health standards at all levels.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of the store and prep areas to maintain sanitary standards in compliance with company and health department regulations.
  • Accurately managing inventory based on sales trends.
  • Verifying deliveries for accuracy in type, quantity, and cost.
  • Managing cash procedures and ensuring accuracy in bank deposits and cash handling.
  • Engaging with the local community through marketing initiatives.
  • Creating an unforgettable pizza experience for every guest.

What You Bring:

  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience in the QSR industry.
  • ServSafe certification is a must—you are knowledgeable in food and beverage safety.
  • Outstanding communication skills that captivate your audience.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities that keep customers returning for more.
  • Proficient with computer software like MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
  • Strong understanding of store financials, including P&Ls, food costs, and labor impacts on operations.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and efficiently serve customers.
  • A supportive team player willing to help cover shifts if needed.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift/move up to 30 pounds.
