In this role, you will sell premium car wash services, Clean Car Club memberships, and trendy retail items while engaging with customers at various locations. Compensation: Average earnings are $20 per hour ($16 base pay + sales bonuses).

Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available, including daytime, evening, mid-week, and weekend shifts to fit your lifestyle.

Location: Waterway Overland Park North - 12100 College Blvd. Overland Park, KS 66210. Additional locations across Kansas City are also available.

Qualifications:

What You Need:

• Be friendly, approachable, and have a positive attitude
• No experience? No problem Customer service, retail, or sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor and appearance in line with company standards.
• Ability to perform essential functions safely.
• Compliance with local/State health code regulations.
• Meet minimum age requirements for the sale of tobacco and alcohol (where applicable).
• Complete training and certifications as required.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to create a pleasant experience for all customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions, including car washes and memberships.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, both inside and outside, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep convenience store merchandise stocked and visually appealing.
• Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain cash drawer integrity.
• Adhere to Waterway policies and procedures, especially regarding safety.

Other Duties:

• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with various transactional functions to meet customer needs.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Environment: Work primarily outdoors, facing various weather conditions and potential noise from machinery.
• Physical: May require extended standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining pace in a fast-paced environment.
• Vision and Hearing: Must possess vision acuity and distinguish sounds clearly.
• Language: Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Cognitive: Ability to perform basic calculations and data entry tasks.
• Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is a must for this role.
