For methodology, please see http://fortune.com/fortune500/ Responsibilities: • Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and serves we offer • Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services • Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals • Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor • Collect and organize each client’s financial information using a CRM to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. • Understand clients’ needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions. • Educate clients about life insurance options, retirement planning, and wealth management strategies. • Develop and execute a personal marketing plan to attract and retain clients. • Participate in ongoing professional development and New York Life training programs. • Achieve or exceed sales goals set by the company. Qualifications: • Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required • Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required • Must have the ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined. • Prior experience in sales, finance, or insurance is a plus, but not required. • Ability to obtain a life and health insurance license (sponsorship and training provided). • Commitment to ethics, professionalism, and excellence. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly

Compensation:
$60,000-$70,000 per year
