We are recruiting OB/GYN physicians for a hospitalist position providing in-house coverage for obstetric emergencies and continuity of care for laboring patients. Collaborate with local obstetric teams to ensure every woman receives expert, compassionate care. Position Highlights: 7 (24-hour) shifts per month " no call or private practice duties Guaranteed shifts with competitive hourly rate Flexible scheduling and potential for bonuses Comprehensive medical, dental, vision & prescription benefits CME allowance and 401k with employer match Malpractice coverage with unlimited tail Leadership and professional growth opportunities National OB/GYN support and peer resources About 21 days off per month Facility Environment:The maternity center offers personalized birth experiences with advanced monitoring and therapeutic capabilities for mothers and babies. Services include a mother-baby clinic, breastfeeding education, board-certified lactation consultants, neonatal care, prenatal classes, and participation in the Texas Ten Step Program. The unit averages approximately 1,200 annual deliveries. Location:Beaumont, TX, near the Louisiana border and Gulf of Mexico, is a vibrant city known for its biodiversity and outdoor recreation. The community offers a welcoming atmosphere, unique murals, a growing food scene, and family-friendly amenities. Local education options include Lamar University, Lamar Institute of Technology, and All Saints Episcopal School.
