Pay Rate: $34.17 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in aerospace innovation, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Power & Controls OEM Pricing team . In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing military proposals, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies, and supporting mission-critical pricing strategies that directly impact aerospace programs worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Prepare compliant cost estimates and pricing proposals for U.S. Government and international customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Contracts, Proposal Management, Program Management, Cost Estimating, and Engineering.

• Develop accurate and defensible bases of estimates (BOEs) for proposal submissions.

• Support internal and external audit activities with documentation and analysis.

• Partner with proposal teams to provide financial input during customer negotiations.

• Ensure adherence to all pricing policies and procedures.

What You Bring

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, cost estimating, and government compliance requirements.

• FAR/DFARS experience.

• Basis of Estimate (BoE) experience.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with government contract pricing or proposal development.

• Familiarity with aerospace or defense industry standards.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.

Pay Details: $34.17 per hour
