Essential Functions:

  • Perform grounds maintenance tasks in parking lots, around buildings, and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow associates to oversee all aspects of landscaping and exterior upkeep.
  • Follow strict safety, security, and integrity protocols while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping
  • DOT Physical required
  • Experience operating heavy equipment is necessary
  • High school diploma or equivalent
