Join our Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Inventory Specialist and become a key player in ensuring our plant's operations run seamlessly. This role is crucial for accurately tracking, storing, and issuing maintenance parts and supplies, which are vital for keeping our production equipment in top condition. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity with potential for growth, we'd love to hear from you. The schedule for this position is 2-2-3, working 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM.

A Peek Into Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare Maintenance Parts: Use SAP to efficiently locate, retrieve, and issue maintenance parts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stock Maintenance: Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock parts and supplies to ensure availability.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and complete shift-based inventory records using a tablet and SAP.
  • Effective Communication: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably navigate stairs and ladders.
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus.
  • A proactive approach with the capability to work independently and manage pressure effectively.
