Responsibilities

  • Address tenant inquiries and complaints, manage move-ins and move-outs, and handle lease renewals and terminations.
  • Collect rent, deposit funds, pay property bills, and manage the budget, including forecasting and expense tracking.
  • Oversee all maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, including hiring and managing contractors for services like landscaping and snow removal.
  • Ensure the property adheres to all local, state, and federal laws, safety codes, and regulations. This can include managing evictions and enforcing lease terms.
  • Advertise vacant units, show properties to prospective tenants, screen applicants, and handle the lease signing process.
