System Analyst

About Client:
The client is a global provider of digital business transformation, digital engineering, and information technology (IT) outsourcing services that accelerate our clients' journey to their digital future. It helps clients execute successful end-to-end digital business transformation initiatives.

Rate Range: $60-$63/Hr

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree required technology related field preferred
• Familiarity with Genesys or similar telephony platforms
• 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role
• 3+ years working on agile teams delivering value in digital products (Agile/Scrum experience preferred)
• Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes Proven track record of delivering in a fast paced, evolving environment
• Experience with project management in a technology/software development organization
• Experience crafting web based transactional applications in Agile/Scrum methodology, including requirements, user stories, and project tracking using JIRA
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and contact center/telephony space is a plus
• Experience with APIs is a plus
• Experience with contact center integration projects

• Exceptional communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator, both written and verbal
• Strong collaboration and consensus building abilities
• Results oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
• Proactive team player who understands how systems applications can solve business problems and meet objectives
• Broad application technology knowledge e.g., SQL, use case writing, business process and system workflow documentation and recognized expertise in two or more areas
• Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Entrepreneurial thinker, comfortable embracing, proposing, and leading change
• Experience solving complex business problems and translating them into simple software solutions Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners and technical groups.
