Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $38 - $43/hr (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
- Diagnose and repair PLCs, electrical circuits, motors, drives, transformers, and control panels
- Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Apply NEC standards and use diagnostic/testing equipment for repairs
- Collaborate with production leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions and timely repairs
- Maintain safety standards, use PPE correctly, and report any safety issues immediately
- Support other maintenance activities and assist with additional duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC, Allen Bradley PLC 5 & SLC 500, Siemens, and Servo systems
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot commercial and industrial systems
- Skilled in using diagnostic equipment and hand tools for electrical/electronic repairs
- Commitment to teamwork, safety, and willingness to work overtime as needed (including weekends)
