Job Title: CT Tech

Experience: Minimum 2 years of CT experience preferred
License: Must have valid state license to start
Certifications: BLS; ARRT CT; ARRT R

Must-Have:
Experience with GE CT Scanners, Cerner, and/or Fuji PACS preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced CT department.

Description:
The CT Tech will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using CT technology.
A combination of shifts including 12-hour and 8-hour nights is to be expected.
Experience in a Level I trauma center and Stroke Center is highly desirable.
The position involves working with a daily caseload that may vary.
Weekend coverage is required, with shifts every other weekend.
Candidates with experience in scanning on GE CT Scanners will be given priority.
Knowledge of utilizing Fuji PACS and Cerner is also preferred.
First-time travelers are considered if they meet the necessary qualifications.
No call requirements are associated with this position.
The tech will work independently and as part of a team.
The candidate must have experience in various CT procedures including, but not limited to, brain perfusion, coronary CTA, and abdominal studies.
Knowledge of radiation safety and preparation for contrast media administration is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for patient interactions and interdisciplinary collaboration.
