About The Position
We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a year-long locum tenens assignment in Kansas, starting on Dec 1, 2025. This role involves per diem home assessments, with shifts of 6-8 hours that begin at 9am and are scheduled based on patient needs and provider availability. Providers will begin receiving appointments once credentialed and trained.

Job Details

• Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician
• Schedule: Per diem assessments, one 6-8 hour shift per day starting at 9am; flexible days depending on patient and provider availability

Responsibilities and Duties

• Travel to patients' homes to monitor vitals for 6-8 hours following their first dose of medication
• Take and monitor vital signs accurately and consistently
• Utilize or gain proficiency with EKG machines as needed
• Document assessment findings and communicate with care teams as required

Additional Information

• Experience with vital signs monitoring is required
• Must be comfortable with EKG machines or willing to obtain experience
• Must hold a valid medical license in Kansas and Missouri
