  • Respond to Tier 1/Tier 2 inquiries from managers, employees, and HR partners regarding system navigation, functionality, and performance cycle requirements.

  • Assist with training materials, quick reference guides, and communications to help drive user adoption and understanding of Talent and Performance Management processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners-including HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Compensation, Compliance/Legal, Reporting & Analytics, and IT teams-to execute system-related tasks and enhancements.

  • Lead/Participate in recurring status update meetings with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders providing agendas and meeting recaps after each call.

Projects/Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in system enhancement discussions, UAT, and troubleshooting activities related to performance and talent review modules.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system usability, and enhance employee experience.

EDUCATION:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of HRIS or HR Operations related experience

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
