Location: Allegria Village
Pay Range: $12-$15/hour (based on experience)

Are you passionate about helping others and making mealtimes meaningful? Allegria Village, one of the largest senior living communities in the country, is looking for Part-Time Dietary Aides to join our team in serving residents in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized work and dining area
  • Support the kitchen team with basic food prep as needed
  • Interact positively and professionally with residents during mealtimes
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Dietary Aide is required
  • Experience working in a senior living, long-term care, or healthcare setting is strongly preferred
  • Must be personable, patient, and respectful in interactions with residents
  • Basic understanding of food safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
