Position Description

Are you an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for leadership and patient care? We're seeking a Recovery Treatment Assistant Supervisor-Rehab to oversee and guide our team of Recovery Treatment Assistants (RTAs). In this role, you'll ensure high-quality care, support staff development, and help coordinate essential programming that benefits the individuals served .

What You'll Do
  • Supervise and provide group oversight for RTAs to ensure compliance with schedules and standards of care.
  • Manage appropriate levels of supplies for Nurses and RTAs to support group activities and patient care.
  • Coordinate with units to support larger programming and events for the individuals served.
  • Coach and mentor RTAs and Nurses, including delivering on-the-job training for group facilitation.
  • Collect and distribute data to meet reporting requirements and support quality improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (required).
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a healthcare environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role (required).
  • Licenses/Certifications: Any client-mandated certifications or training (required).
