Mid-Senior Level Health Care Associate

CarterWill Search is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Health Care Associate to join an AmLaw firm's Health Care Practice in Tampa. This position offers the opportunity to advise a diverse portfolio of health care entities-including physician practices, telemedicine companies, and other providers-on complex regulatory and transactional matters.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience (up to 8 years considered) handling federal and state health care regulatory issues, corporate transactions, and compliance matters. Responsibilities include drafting sophisticated transactional and regulatory documents, managing projects, and mentoring junior associates while collaborating closely with senior attorneys and clients.
This is a highly visible role for an associate who enjoys a mix of regulatory advisory and deal work, and who thrives in a collegial, team-driven environment.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience (up to 8 considered) in health care regulatory and transactional matters
- Deep understanding of federal and state health care regulations
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Bar membership (Florida Bar admission required or ability to obtain promptly)
- Strong writing, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior team members
- Excellent academic credentials and a collaborative mindset
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking to advance within a nationally recognized health care practice. The position offers a competitive salary range of $290,000-$390,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, growth-oriented culture.
