Warehouse Order Picker

Attached is the job description for the Warehouse Associate role. The high-level day-to-day duties include:
• Picking sales orders using an RF scanner
• Picking in-house orders for production using an RF scanner
• Operating a stand-up lift truck
• Keeping picked orders organized and easily identifiable
• Occasionally unloading overseas containers alongside two other team members
More information regarding responsibilities and core skills/requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Safely pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, store, and move product accurately using RF scanners
• Operate stand-up lift trucks and handle materials as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
• Report damaged/missing items and maintain basic inventory accuracy
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned
Core Skills & Competencies
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math and data entry skills
• Comfortable using scanners and simple digital tools
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented approach
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
