As a Senior Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care to our patients, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy, or
  • PharmD in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Completion of Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency, or equivalent education/experience
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
  • Within 2 years of hire: Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties
  • Upon hire: Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License (Facility Managed) - when eligible and where applicable
  • 3 years of Pharmacy practice experience with at least 2 years of related experience in lieu of PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency.

The pay range for this position is $74.72 - $117.95. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will depend on relevant experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may also be available for factors such as shift differentials or overtime.
