The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Design, procure, and qualify tooling, fixtures, and equipment for production.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues and equipment failures.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure manufacturability of new products and processes.
- Create and maintain detailed work instructions, process documentation, and routings.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in applying Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing processes and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with automation, robotics, or PLC programming in a production environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with PLC programming, industrial automation, or robotics
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated project leadership experience
