Role: Controls Engineer - Green Energy

Join a fast-growing global company in the green energy space as a skilled Controls Engineer supporting the installation, commissioning, and service of advanced electrical control systems. This role involves PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and supporting OEM equipment across global manufacturing facilities, combining remote and onsite work. Support installation and commissioning of OEM equipment at global manufacturing sites while providing technical service and support for electrical control systems. Bring your technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve control-related issues in OEM equipment while collaborating across departments. Work with both Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley) and Siemens platforms, ensuring compliance with customer controls policies and standards while contributing to sustainable energy solutions worldwide.

Requirements:
• Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in controls engineering or IT systems
• Experience programming Rockwell Automation Logix PLCs (Allen Bradley) REQUIRED
• Experience programming Siemens S7 / TIA Portal PLCs REQUIRED
• Proficiency with Rockwell HMI platforms: PanelView Plus, PanelView Plus CE, and FactoryTalk View ME/SE
• Strong understanding of control system design and implementation for global manufacturing environments
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and electronic control systems
• Basic understanding of Ethernet-based industrial networks and architectures
• PLC ladder logic expertise required
• Experience working with international teams is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
