Customer Service Associate

- Assist Customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
- Received merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
- Ensure a positive safe and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors
- Other duties assigned
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skill are required
- Incumbents will follow any other instructions and perform any other related duties as may be required by their supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous customer service experience , retail, hotel, restaurant , grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50lbs .
- Excellent customer service and relationships management skills are required
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-Making skills are required.
Employment Type: Monday - Sunday
Pay Rate: $20.00/HR
Pay-Rate Ranges: $20.00-85.00HR
