Randstad is recruiting for a professional and welcoming Inbound Call Center Rep on behalf of one of our premier clients. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced environment for someone who is passionate in making a difference
salary: $16.94 - $16.95 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
The Inbound Call Center Representative is responsible for handling all post-order inquiries from customers. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Answering incoming calls with a pleasant demeanor
-Looking up orders and provide tracking information
-Validate order details
-Process returns and send out return labels
-Process replacement items
-Handle all order related questions
The essential functions of this role include:
