Join a leading contract medical device manufacturer specializing in precision components for robotic-assisted, orthopedic, and minimally invasive surgeries.

We are committed to quality and cutting-edge technology, and we're looking for a skilled Cutter/Grinder Technician to join our Clients growing team in Dayton, Ohio

Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC cutter grinding machines, including Walter Power (using Tool Studio software) and Saacke TTB using Numroto software.

Inspect finished tools and parts to ensure they meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to machine performance, programs, and tool quality.

Collaborate on and implement design improvements for cutting tools to optimize performance and efficiency.

Operate and maintain a wheel dressing machine.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Strong background with Walter/Tool Studio is a plus.

Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Familiarity with Zoller tool inspection machines.

Experience with Eurotech measuring machines.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Cutter/Grinder Technician or similar role.

Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating Walter Power and Saacke TTB CNC machines.

Strong understanding of Tool Studio and Numroto software.

Excellent attention to detail and precision in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and programming issues effectively.
