Shift Timing: Starts between 4:00am - 9:00am
Role OverviewAs a Customer Host in Asset Protection, your primary focus is to greet, assist, and thank our customers while ensuring a secure environment at store entrances. You will verify purchases, handle returned items, and maintain safety within the store.
Your ResponsibilitiesYour role is crucial in shaping customer experiences as they enter and exit the store. You may be the first or last associate they interact with. Therefore, a warm smile and a friendly greeting go a long way. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will need to balance multiple tasks seamlessly while delivering excellent customer service:
- Warmly greet and thank every customer while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Stand for extended periods while efficiently processing customer transactions.
- Ensure your work area stays clean and organized.
- Answer questions and assist customers with their needs.
- Be prepared to assist team members across the store when necessary.
In your role, you will also be responsible for:
- Creating a positive first and last impression for customers.
- Collecting carts from the parking lot.
- Using equipment to transport carts inside the store.
- Keeping restrooms, sales floor, and parking areas clean as needed.
- Maintaining a good attitude, regardless of weather conditions.
