What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Changing Lives)
Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
Develop treatment plans and diagnoses that actually fit people’s lives.
Maintain case notes and clinical documentation.
Collaborate with a supportive team that enjoys working together.
Carry a caseload of 25–30 weekly billable sessions, with built-in flexibility.
What You Bring to the Table
Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
Active Maryland license: LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD.
Strong skills in treatment planning and clinical documentation.
A passion for mental health and openness to innovative, client-centered care.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Salary: $70,000–$93,000 based on experience
$1,500 bonus for hitting your first billable milestone of 25 billable clients within 6 weeks.
